What the site is

MinWageTally provides tools and information for general guidance. Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and on stated assumptions. They are not professional advice (engineering, medical, legal, financial or otherwise). Always verify with a qualified professional and with your local regulations before relying on them.

What the site is not

The lookup and the raise calculator show minimum wage rates, tipped cash wages and exempt salary thresholds as published by the US Department of Labor, state labor departments and city offices, each with its source link, the date we read it and its status. Some 2027 rates are adjusted for inflation and announced later in the year: until then the site says so and checks against the last published rate. The results are information to plan a budget, not legal, payroll or HR advice, and not an official government product. Your state labor department, your local ordinance and your own counsel decide what you must pay; coverage rules (employer size, industry, age, training wages) are not modelled. MinWageTally is not affiliated with the US Department of Labor or any state or city agency.

Where we quote published figures we name the source and the date we read it; sources change and we do not guarantee that they are current. You are responsible for checking any figure before you act on it.

Purchases

Paid products are sold through our merchant of record, Stripe (Managed Payments), under its terms of sale. Where a product is offered as early access, the delivery date is stated next to the button and our refund policy applies.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access that harms the service.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Softmed Labs SRL is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the results or from interruptions of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
